Pickett, Business Services Coordinator, PickettS@sanjuancollege.edu, 505-566-3454 LocationEducational Services Building (Clock Tower), 2nd floor, Room 4235 Hours of OperationMonday - Friday Reporting an AccidentAny work related accident and/or illness that requires medical attention, or may require medical attention in the future, must be reported to the employee's immediate supervisor. In turn, the immediate supervisor must notify the Business Services Coordinator. Within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the employee's supervisor was informed of the accident and/or illness, the College must complete a "Notice of Accident" form.
