Results from unit 102E 142N

This excavation unit was placed within a midden associated with Structure 1. The abondance of lithic artifacts recovered allowed for a stratagraphic analysis of the artifacts recovered. The continuity of Anasazi lithic technology shows a near constant set of lithic technologies. There does appear to be a slight correlation of more exotic raw material use in the upper levels of the unit. Further research will hopefully confirm this finding.
